How Is Your Furniture Constructed?
Fallen Oak Designs crafts its furniture by hand, one-at-a-time using traditional methods. Each piece is crafted by one of our master craftsmen at his bench from start to finish, ensuring you get quality furniture with a unique personality and a very human touch.
Production Lead Times
Each piece of furniture is hand crafted for you personally, we strive to maintain average PRODUCTION lead times of approximately 5 - 7 weeks although there are times where this may be shorter or longer, please inquire at time of order to obtain a current production build time for your order. Additionally, Custom Order(s) may require extra time, inquire at time of order.
What to expect upon delivery?
In the very rare case if upon delivery you see visible damage to Furniture do not Sign any Documentation or take DELIVERY of your furniture. Our shipping partner will return the damaged piece for repair or replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Each order is handmade specifically for you. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any order, you must contact us via Email within 72 hours after the order is placed. The 72 hours includes Saturday, and Sunday. After 72 hours, you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. After the 3rd day, cancellations are no longer available.
Return/Refund Policy
Since each item is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or refunds on any of our products.
